Symbolically the visual line on the map is interesting.

E.g. if you asked a traditionally idealistic Saudi government where the crazy starts, where would they have drawn a line on the map?

I don't know the answer, but I wonder if it may be a comforting sort of cultural Maginot Line, in the back of those minds.
