If my CEO behaved as erratically as Musk, I’d leave. Unfortunately, some companies make stock options a large part of their compensation and, thanks to Elon, employees who stayed lost about 75% of that. Many who were fired lost all of it.
In fact, if my CEO behaved like him, he’d be considered a national security risk.
