[edit]

Context: He posted in November saying he would be an intern at Twitter for 12 weeks for the cost of living in California and would come fix Twitter search. Appears to have joined in the last ~3-4 weeks, and is now leaving.

And he "achieved" nothing.

His first "fix" - removing the mandatory twitter login screen when not signed in was gone for a few days and then suddenly reappeared.

I suspect engagement metric went down and the change was rolled back on orders from above.

  Resigned from Twitter today.

Appreciate the opportunity, but didn’t think there was any real impact I could make there. Besides, it was sad to see my GitHub withering. Back to coding!
