I've been self-hosting web apps with Docker Swarm and Traefik for a few years now, and used Portainer to manage all that. Although this setup was pretty robust and the UI was way better than fiddling with Compose files over SSH (and don't even get me started with Kubernetes), I kept thinking the UI could be better.
So I decided to rebuild it from ground up! I'm focusing on the parts I've been using myself – deploying apps a single node Docker Swarm. No Kubernetes, no managing Raspberry PIs, no bullshit. It is best suited for web apps, but anything with a docker-compose.yml file should work. Lunni is still in early stages (roughly around a dozen evenings of work, spread around a couple months of procrastination), but I hope this might help other folks who are looking for a quick and easy way to deploy stuff!
