Let's say you are writing JS and you have
`const handler = ...`
You can not do something like
`const lambda = deployLambda(handler)`
on the next line.
Instead you need a deployment package. And to build this, you need to leave JS and involve some CI code and some IaC tool.
But wing enables you to just do that. (seemingly, I've not tried it yet)
