People who skipped Covid vaccine at higher risk of traffic accidents

I would like to think this article is deliberately making fun of the paranoia regarding the unvaccinated.

This is pretty clearly spurious correlation, unless I suppose you believe that those who chose not to receive the injections are more likely (to the tune of 72%!) to be suicidal maniacs.
