Lack of consistency should be a strong indicator of a poor job performance.

If their efforts were not consistently applied toward the entirety of their user base, then it is not consistent.

No idea if they left due to inconsistency but that is the prevailing wind at the moment with Twitter's Trust and Safety Council.

What are the "inconsistencies" you seem too think are axiomatic? Without being specific it is sus.

I agree. I've had an open mind to the possibility that Twitter's policy was inconsistently applied based on political affiliation, but I have yet to see event one piece of evidence that's held up under scrutiny. At this point you have to conclude that it's simply a conspiracy theory.
