Does it still create a unique ID on install and send it to Mozilla?
The only possible use I can see for this is user tracking.
I've recently made the change from Firefox Focus to Firefox Nightly, with resistFingerprinting: true, uBlock Origin + annoyance filters and default to private browsing.
The end result is very similar to Focus, but has better protections, better adblock and possibility to install more extensions.
