Learning to summarize with human feedback (2020)

Is the trained model available, e.g. for further use in trasfer learning? I cannot find any link to it.

Edit: I realised that the paper is from 2020, likely there are more advanced models for text summarization. Does anyone have any references to those? Thanks in advance.
