Has gone too far – YouTube copyright system absue

This is an important part of DMCA (512) as Youtube could also implement an automatic system for getting its costs of investigation and the costs of the creators defence by default. Its only implemented some of the system and it just needs the other half. The law itself is unbalanced however, there needed to be many more consequences for false claims and the costs they incur.
