Charm City is particularly bad if the per 100k murder rate was transferred to NYC we would be seeing close to 6k murders per year. No one really cares about these cities. It should also be noted the areas with highest murder rates have the strictest gun laws. I do not own guns - stated in advance of welcomed critics to my comments. :)))))
