New books are exciting toys - but the old ones are [almost] always better
My back of the envelope guess is that 10% of all "new" business/entrepreneurial/economics/etc texts are going to be worth reading in a year
Of those, 10% will be worth reading in a decade
Look at what's survived and carries the weight of continued availability instead of always looking for the latest and "greatest" management book
Better yet, find actual meat-world people who have been there and done that, and get their advice
But since the economic context has changed over the past year or so, I thought some old litterature written back when inflation and interest rates were at record levels may be of help if (re)read today.
New books I can find them easily, but it's the old and gold stuff that's hard to come by.
