And as for ownership, wouldn't knowing the person you're talking to is the largest shareholder enhance their credibility to negotiate and discuss issues with you?

It might, if said largest shareholder weren't obfuscating the issues as much as possible.

Because her responses is a good part of the reason that the CA that she owns got nuked from orbit.
