American police forces perpetuate racial stereotypes on social media

The move to assert it's a racism problem and a republican problem isn't helpful. In fact, this act will result in the actual problem of police brutality not getting solved.
You're going to send police to 'racial sensitivity classes' and call them racists. What does this solve in terms of police brutality? Nothing at all. Worse yet, since it's probably wrong, it's going to cause resentment. Your average cop likely grew up watching will smith, urkel, etc. They likely aren't racist but then you come call them racist...
Then you have a fundamental problem of asserting this is republicans being racist. You now make republicans defensive and unwilling to work with you to solve any problems.
