based on the slides it looks like Musk's argument is that taking over Twitter caused a burst of activity. Duh. It was activity that chased away half the advertisers. It's like saying the car's performance went up as it plummeted from a cliff.
The new plan is that his new brand of extreme loudmouth fans can pay for Twitter and keep it up this way.
So basically everyone cheering on Twitter right now are cheering for the chance to foot the $44B bill for the richest man on the planet.
