Until Americans stop buying iPhones on principal regarding Apple's labor practices, I doubt much will change. Vote with your dollars, people.
when you squeeze your vendors ruthlessly, vendors squeeze their management, and they then squeeze the workers, and so on. so I believe Apple cultivates this environment directly or indirectly.
i remember the workers in india apple factory also rioting from total absence of pay.
