Elon Musk proposes letting nearly everyone Twitter banned back on the site

I imagine his ultimate goal is auto-mod but it seems like maybe you’d want to have that in place before you did this? If he’s drumming up customers for his $8 twitter blue subscription can there be that many in this group? I have to assume it’s mostly trolls, spammers, bots, or are bots in a different category, he says “banned accounts”
Also what are these negative hate posts that are being deboosted, in an interview where literally everything said is sus, Dril said he’s getting a lot less engagement, and thinks it is because of “negativity” Has Musk even done enough to affect him? And how is he defining this(will Musk himself be affected by this deboosting?)(Algorithm wise, I guess lower engagement could just be users)
The proportion of employees who chose to stay is not 25%, in fact it's the reverse: 73% ended up opting to continue with the company.
EDIT: I have posted a correction at the top of the page.
