I'm married, 38 and have 3 kids. I've done a few startups. I wish the long hours and cut in pay were the only risks. I can control my costs of living but the biggest pain/risk I can't control is the lack of healthcare benefits.

I'd love to know how folks deal with this. We've used various health co-ops. Still not great. I feel like it's one of the biggest factors holding people back from starting a business.
