I don't know which entity is responsible for the poor user experience buying these tickets online: the TicketMaster monopoly, the venues, or the artist's own decisions, but there's no excuse why the site should make it so hard to buy tickets and so opaque to see where you are in line. I keep hearing about these horrible experiences. Is this common in buying tickets for large venues?
