I suspect using a mobile phone while driving is an offence often broken by drivers. I wonder how many years it will take for driver behaviour to catch-up with more recent driving laws on mobile phone use?
Probably never. If anything I would expect creeping automation of different aspects of driving will make distracted driving offences more common
