Don't take this deal.

Quite frankly government have such a bad history of fucking over landlords that anything that doesn't involve a multi-billion dollar bond being posted outside of the country as security against future changes in law might as well be ignored and fought against.

Vouchers are not the solution to the housing crisis. It's empty homes and refurbished Airbnbs. And in some cities, NIMBYism and shit zoning.
