Is @Twitter breaking?

- tweets disappear when replying, so reply fails

- tweet show as deleted but return hours later

- replies don’t show in feed

Any others?

Probably. There was just a report that many employees are concerned that they don't have the staff to keep the service running.

It’s hard to understand why the existing employees would feel any loyalty now. Even if that don’t have any problem with Musk’s management style, they no longer have stock options, and any profit the company makes is going to pay back a loan that provided no resources to the company. How is that worth working on?

I doubt it's loyalty. I think it's that a lot of them are living paycheck to paycheck (not because they're paid poorly, but because they live at the edge of their means).

We'll likely see a lot more departures as these people interview for other jobs while still clinging to their Twitter salary for now.

It’s not quite fail whale of days of old, but several features are not working as expected.

Twitter was already unusable as a social network before Musk started sinking it.
