Police Use DNA Phenotyping to Limit Pool of Suspects to 15,000

Doesn't the drawing widely overstate the evidence? I mean they have information on: skin color (fair), eye color (blue/green), hair color (brown/blond), and some freckles.

It doesn't actually say male, but let's throw that in.

This profile literally encompasses my entire family on my fathers side (well the male half). I'm positive none of them are involved in a 1982 US murder case.

Maybe there is a secret sauce, but where is the science?
