The OHDSI OMOP CDM (OHDSI Observational Medical Outcomes' Partnership Common Data Model -- https://ohdsi.github.io/TheBookOfOhdsi/CommonDataModel.html) is huge for healthcare observational research and data science. It would be nice if you kept an item on your list to integrate with it (import/export CDM data) at some point.
