I submitted
https://ifconfig.me/ a free option, But someone has changed the URL to
https://ipinfo.io/ which seems to have a limited free tier. Not sure why someone would change the URL but not change the title (or) comment why the change was made.
I wonder whether if its a bot monitoring https://ifconfig.me/ submission.
