There's literally a "location" and "country" column in the embedded Airtable.
Some of these companies have been publicly traded for years and are among the biggest companies in the world (ahem...Salesforce...) or at least are the biggest in their market (Spotify, Netflix, Stripe, Mindgeek). If they're still considered startups, then the term "startup" no longer has meaning.
Now all those awesome employees hired by the best companies are going to have to move downhill and take the "less good" jobs. They will push the "less good" people who can only get the "less good" jobs to a lower level of "ok jobs". The current "ok jobs" people are going have to then move down the "crap" job level and push out the "crap" employees who are already there from those "crap" employers. That is where I am. There's no lower level for me and other "crap" employees to go. What do we do?
This site really loses its value by including public company layoffs alongside actual tech startups.
