Sorry. You're wrong. I got rid of my smart phone 2 years ago. Now all I use is a landline. I got rid of all social media except email. My world continued.
No smart phone means no Whatsapp/Discord/Telegram/etc.
When you are not at home, then back to good old phone call/SMS, I assume?
I only use my phone for work slack, messaging friends/family, and reading ebooks.
