As I recall this didn't pass yet in the House and is deadlocked. And think of all the firmware and car clocks etc that will need to be updated...
But what will result going forward? Always standard time or always daylight time? I can see ditching the change but they need to pick…
I agree, and I don't really see a benefit of one over the other. It's just a number and society will adapt either way.
