I make heavy use of https://kill-the-newsletter.com/ to convert e-mail newsletters into RSS feeds -- IMO the RSS reader context is way better than an email inbox for consuming newslettery content.

I find it hilarious that a bit lower down, someone is discussing https://github.com/rss2email/rss2email to do the opposite of this.

I think people should be able to consume however they want. It seems easier to go RSS to email though.

My conjecture is it’s all about the preferred UI. If you look at something like gnus it really doesn’t draw a distinction between e-mail, rss or nntp.

+1 I support this on Patreon. A nifty open source tool that you can self host if you like, but I’ve run into no issues with the hosted one

feedbin gives you an email address to use for newsletters that will show up in your rss feed. it’s also nice.

KillTheNewsletter is essential to my Inoreader set-up, which has hundreds of feeds to fuel my writing. It's an incredible service!

that's amazing! Subscribing now.

I'd love to find a "web2rss" for laggards that don't provide their own feeds :)

Maybe try Feed me up, Scotty!

Some readers have such option build-in (e.g. FreshRSS). There are also services like:

https://createfeed.fivefilters.org/

https://feed43.com/

Wow! Very cool. Thank you for sharing
