I don't think I can get Ublock Origin for my version of Safari (running a 2015 laptop and it stopped being able to update about 1-2 years ago). Edit: looks like they don't make UBO for Safari?

So is this my internet life now? If I have to close this popup on pretty much every site I visit I'm definitely going to pull a Ron Swanson throwing the computer in the dumpster scene.

if it were me, and i didnt have access to ublock, id try adding the following to the /etc/hosts file:

127.0.0.1 id.google.com

127.0.0.1 accounts.google.com

pretty sure that popup is being served from those domains, that might break other things elsewhere, but might be worth a shot just to see what happens

Thank you for the tip. I don't understand what etc/host file is or how to add. I'm not tech oriented. Please clarify, I'm willing to try anything at this point.
