Technically HN's servers are located on Earth, so the technical part of HN is technically on Earth.

I have similar pedantic objections to that, since "a lifetime" isn't even well-defined. "Forever" might be an unachievable goal, but it's a goal which implies specific priorities.

Going deeper. "Built to last" is shorter and seemingly checks all the marks.

Lifetime has been significantly cheapened and hollowed out as a meaning full word when it comes to products, thanks to the ever present unspoken "lifetime of the product". In the context of products if I think of "lifetime" as about 2 years, maybe a little less or more depending upon the company, but far less than a decade in all cases.
