When will Microsoft disclose Azure revenue?

Borderline absurd omission while competing with AWS, which is on track to have half as much revenue as all of Microsoft in a few quarters (and has disclosed revenue since April 2015)

assumedly when they're proud of its numbers

· Revenue was $50.1 billion and increased 11% (up 16% in constant currency)

· Operating income was $21.5 billion and increased 6% (up 15% in constant currency)

· Net income was $17.6 billion and decreased 14% (down 8% in constant currency)

· Diluted earnings per share was $2.35 and decreased 13% (down 7% in constant currency)

Why is this so less popular than the discussion on Google?

I assume because googles numbers might be indicative of the wider online ad business which many users here are involved in while msfts are more about enterprise software which also means they’re more stable.

because users on this site really, really dislike Microsoft and really, really like Google.

It's more because Google is much more in the consumer business.

Google is very good at converting people into money, yes.
