Python 3.11.0 has been released

Release notes: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3110/

Variadic generics and the changes to Typed dicts seem very hand. These seem to go a long way to address some of my biggest headaches with python - e.g. ambiguity with dict usage and ambiguity with array shape.

Very excited to see these in use.
