This is a hugely important issue, regardless of your opinion. If you can't take the time to understand it, at least don't attack the people trying to make things better for everyone else.
Who said clearing? I said that if any millionaire or billionaire claims that they are not taxed enough, nobody is stopping them from paying what they think they should pay.
The IRS won't complain, and so won't the Treasury if they decide to donate money to pay a small % of the National Debt
