Why Microsoft 365 is teaming up with OREO THINS to give you a break

While this isn't as invasive as it appears on the surface (its voluntarily opt in through a relatively niche feature), it's going to backfire.

Things like this have been around for a while - for example, in mmos as far as 20 years ago, you could order a pizza through the chat commandline!

However, businesses are extraordinarily sensitive to value at their expense. They don't say what tiers it's on, but I can't imagine any enterprise will see this in a positive light - at least, without a lot of angry licensing negotiation.

So Oreo partnered up with Microsoft to inject advert meetings into office calendars that remind people to take a break and watch a video of some dogs playing, and also to get two Oreo related emoji in Microsoft teams.

What??

It seems like in today's environment that Absurdity is winning in corporate marketing. Maybe that's a good thing.

It's hopefully obvious that I don't submit this link for its news at face value, but I do find it remarkable. Absolutely remarkable.

>essential to our well-being

Yes, eating junk food is good for your wellbeing...

Partnering aside, I like the thin ratio of these.

Who even thought this was a good idea?

nice information i was completely unaware of this development
