Go Advent Calendar 2022 – Call for bloggers

Hi HN community,

I am running the Go Advent Calendar this year again and there are still a few slots left to be filled.

You ask what is the Go Advent Calendar? It's an advent calendar for bloggers.

Do you have a blog? Do you like to blog about Go related topics?

Great, visit https://golang.christmas/book and reserve an advent calendar window (1st-24th December).

After you confirmed your slot you can start writing your Go related blog post at your own time. All you have to do is publish your blog post shortly before your selected window is due to open and submit the link to your blog via a secure link which will be sent to your email. On the day the advent calendar will open the window and display a reference to you and your blog post. You own all your content, this is not an attempt to get free content from bloggers onto another platform.

It allows the Go community to read one Go related blog post every day leading up to Christmas.

December is normally a period where companies slow down and employees get more time to work on something they choose themselves or do some blogging/learning/training in their own time. The Go Advent Calendar is an initiative to make this a bit more fun.
