This seems to just be an ad. This being HN I was expecting them to at least calculate the difficulty of recreating the original document.
I think that's a bit harsh :-) They do mention DIN 66399 [1], which I didn't even know is a thing. It makes me wonder why Trump had to resort to flushing documents down the toilet?
