Still can't get over the power draw for the 40 series. They recommend an 850W PSU for the 4090? A 750W PSU for the 4080? Who is the intended audience for these cards?
If you reduce the power target to 60% you still get 90% of the performance[0]. There's no reason for them to push the card this hard unless they were scared of losing to AMD.
