That doesn’t sound right. If you use VR for all your meetings, it would be sitting on your desk (it doesn’t take much more space than over the ear headphones), would be wired and takes about 2 seconds to slip on.
It's hard to get to a point where VR is ubiquitous enough to use it for all of your meetings, because you must first get to a point where VR is useful for a few of your meetings before it starts to spread and become popular. And that isn't happening for me at least, because it's too much work to start.
