Video and phone calls don't give me motion sickness, so I'll stick with those. I also happen to enjoy being able to see the room I'm sitting in while I work. If anything, AR might have some promise over VR, but I'm definitely not convinced yet.

Good thing both are non-issues if you’re sitting in an office chair and using AR video passthrough mode.

At that point I’d just rather not have a screen strapped to my face and be able to feel the breeze from my window.
