It is not. It is a custom runtime on custom infrastructure. Why do you assume we use Cloudflare under the hood?

CF Workers have a custom runtime on which Deno cannot run.

Believe they've called it their own proprietary runtime since they've announced their Deploy service. Their runtime supports TCP connections, so I can actually make db connections, unlike cf workers.
