Moved from Heroku to Railway:

Simple discord.js bot interface to fire Lambda functions, about roughly 5000 times a month

Roughly 2 hours and it's running! Pretty good replacement.

Experienced with k8s, practically a newbie with heroku-like environment.

Barely any learning, it was quite straightforward.

My application is pretty low resource so it remains free with the Railway pricing model.

Related to point 4. Cost: Heroku did have more extras built-in (logging system, alerting), these are missing in Railway.
