Solution: Use `python3 -m venv` to create virtual environments, use pip to install crap in them. There's a reason these tools are included with python where others are not.

Not everyone wants to/can use Conda. Especially when simplest tasks like "renaming" an env are impossible on Conda!

Solution: use poetry
