My GE microwave with a manufacture date of Apr 2021 has the best sensor cook I've ever seen. I don't know if it modulates power delivery, or if it really is just consistency and calibration, but I just cooked a bag that had single-digit left-over kernels. A modern marvel!
Interesting that they use a humidity sensor.
The humidity is at microwave popcorn isn’t as good as the theater stuff. They popcorn isn’t allowed to dry and get a bit soggy
