Do not bring your whole self to work

Not great reading material, patronising and sort of mean.

Reminds me of that "we paid a freelancer to say a thing you like is dogshit" meme, this has all the hallmarks of being written for the purpose of generating hate clicks no matter which way you feel about the issue. An ugly profession.

Little odd for a columnist to be giving advice on social dynamics at work given she likely professionally only interacts with an editor and gets to be highly expressive in her professional work. Also, while I might be wrong, appears she might be against diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace - if true, unclear how that’s okay.
