Ask HN: How do you think the continuity camera on macOS will work?

Apple recently announced a feature that lets you use your iPhone's camera as a webcam wirelessly. I fear that the latency will be huge and dependant on your WiFi connection. Does anyone have an idea on how they will implement it ? What do yoj thibk of that feature ?

They own the entire chain, so there's nothing stopping them from sending the stream as raw wifi frames directly to the PC.

They could use Bluetooth; they already have the chips that work with the AirPods to connect when stuff is close, maybe something to do with that
