In more frustrated moments everyone thinks "if {politician} would just disappear it would be so convenient for everyone else" then gets uncomfortable at the implications. Which they should, because that's the seed of murder and chaos, but nonetheless they do.
I propose a new party: liberty minded conservationist hardliners.
I know, I know, what do those words mean?
Conservatives are a hypocritical bunch who have lost their way. I propose “conservationist” to mend this digression.
And liberals? No bearing, with a failing identity. So let us be liberty minded.
Hard liner? You’re all going to have trouble with this, so let us say this fills the void that those hungering for “so called” authority are truly seeking.
these sides have become cultures of compromise who do not really know how to maintain effective and appropriate boundaries.
If this has not spoken to you, I’ll roll with a few more ideals and just leave things hanging…
Truth, integrity, free will, human rights, righteous rules of law.
Complaining about the LGBT agenda being militant, while praising the free speech rights of literal Nazis seems very tone deaf.
This seems to be a general pattern. Does the author not realise he's on the right, and comparing genuinely authoritarian moves with stuff that's not even slightly authoritarian.
