It's a shame server push wasn't used more often, it's such a simple and logical API to use (at least if you have the right reverse proxy installed). Add a Link header to the styles, fonts, javascript and whatever and your server will try to automatically push the resources necessary for rendering your page correctly to the client. Or configure your proxy to send the CSS/JS along with any file ending in .html, whatever you prefer.
