I don't have permissions on my own projects ( GCP)

We are using GCP's container-as-a-service CloudRun.

This morning, we've stopped being able to deploy. Previously, we would edit a CloudRun service and then select an image uploaded to Google Container Registry to run the service with.

Today, we saw a message in the GCP UI that we, the account owner, cannot do this with the error that we cannot list contents inside our own Google Container Registry.

We went over to Google Container Registry and it still exists . We can see our images. There is some bug where adjacent services in GCP stops letting project owners be able to list GCR images. As it turns out, this has happened to other people without explanation. The linked thread is 5 years ago but it seems GCP still has this issue.
