Gabapentin and Tramadol work for me. I do 1 week use 1 week tolerance break to keep addiction away.

This is a terrible idea. Tramadol is an opioid. Using the two drugs together increases the risk of overdose.

Sounds like something that needs a deep dive..is there someplace where I can read more about it?
